This page explains how to delete your Planoria account and the data associated with it. You are always in control of your information, and leaving is straightforward.
How to delete your account
You can request deletion from within the app settings, or by contacting us. Once confirmed, we begin removing your account and its content from active systems.
- Open the app and go to your profile or settings.
- Choose the option to delete your account.
- If you cannot access the app, email support@planoria.app from your account email address and request deletion.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes your content, such as tasks, events, notes, reminders, and documents, from active systems. Limited information may be retained only where required for legal or security reasons, and only for as long as necessary.
Before you delete
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you want to keep a copy of your information, export your data first. Cancelling a paid subscription does not delete your account, and deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through an app store.
