This page describes how Planoria protects your information. Security and privacy are not features bolted on at the end. They are the foundation the product is built on.
Private by design
Your information is stored in a structured workspace associated with your account. Intelligence features read from that data and act on your behalf, so your content and credentials are never exposed to third parties for their own use.
Security measures
- Passwords are stored only as secure hashes, never in plain text.
- Sensitive credentials are encrypted.
- Access to administrative functions is controlled by roles, and privileged actions are recorded in an audit trail.
- Sessions can be revoked, and suspending an account immediately ends its active sessions.
Your control
You can export or delete your information at any time. There is no lock in, and we do not retain your data beyond what is needed to provide the service or meet legal and security obligations.
