This Privacy Policy explains what information Planoria collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Planoria is built on a simple principle. Your data comes first and stays yours. We never sell your personal information.
Information we collect
We collect the information needed to provide the service and nothing we do not need.
- Account information, such as your name, email address, an optional profile photo, and your password, which is stored only as a secure hash.
- Content you create, such as tasks, events, notes, reminders, and documents, stored in your own structured workspace.
- Voice recordings you choose to capture, used to transcribe your request and then handled according to your settings.
- Diagnostics and crash data, such as device type and the app screen where an error occurred, used to keep the service reliable and secure. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate the service, keep it secure, and improve it responsibly.
- To provide core features like capturing, organizing, and recalling your tasks, events, notes, and documents.
- To deliver intelligent features on your behalf. Your account credentials are never shared with anyone. To generate a reply, the content you send to the assistant is processed by our AI provider on our behalf and only to produce your result.
- To secure your account, prevent abuse, and maintain a reliable service.
- To communicate with you about important changes, when necessary.
How your data is stored and protected
Your content lives in a structured workspace associated with your account. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes, and sensitive credentials are encrypted.
When you use the assistant, the message you send, the recent conversation it needs for context, and any voice recording you make are sent to our AI provider so it can generate your reply. This happens only when you use an AI feature, and you are asked to agree before the first time. Your content is processed solely to produce your result. It is not used to train the provider models and is not used for advertising. Everything you create manually, such as tasks, events, notes and documents, stays in your workspace and is not sent for AI processing unless you ask the assistant to work with it.
Your rights and choices
You stay in control of your information.
- Access and export the data in your account at any time.
- Correct or update your account details.
- Delete your content or your entire account, as described in our Account Deletion policy.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete content or your account, we remove it from active systems promptly, subject to limited retention required for legal or security reasons.
