Planoria offers a free experience, and everyday actions run at no AI cost. You can explore the essentials before choosing a paid plan, which means you can make an informed decision before you subscribe.

Requesting a refund

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us at support@planoria.app and describe the issue. We review refund requests in good faith and will work with you to find a fair outcome, in line with the terms presented at purchase and applicable law.

App store purchases

If you purchased a subscription through a mobile app store, that store may handle billing and refunds under its own policies. In those cases, please also follow the app store refund process.
